Barcelona goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen tops Sky Sports La Liga Power Rankings

Barcelona 'keeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen has topped the Sky Sports La Liga Power Rankings ahead of Valencia stopper Neto.

The German international made seven saves and kept his eighth clean sheet in the league during a 3-0 win at Leganes on Saturday to help Barca maintain their four-point lead atop La Liga.

Valencia held their runners-up spot after beating Espanyol 1-0, with 'keeper Neto making four saves to keep his sixth league clean sheet this term and midfielder Geoffrey Kondogbia (No 4, up 33 places) netting the winner.

Neto and Ter Stegen will come head to head at the Mestalla Stadium live on Sky Sports Football from 7.40pm on Sunday, with Valencia looking to move within one point of Ernesto Valverde's side.

Barca talisman Lionel Messi dominates the accumulative season chart but slipped seven places to No 10 in the form rankings after scoring only one goal in his past five La Liga games.

Real Madrid midfielder Isco kept his place among the top performers, slipping one place to No 3 after a 0-0 draw with Madrid rivals Atletico.

Team-mate Cristiano Ronaldo (No 85, down 24 places) remained outside the top 50, having failed to find league form this term with just one goal to date - missing the opening four league fixtures through suspension.

Former Middlesbrough striker Cristhian Stuani (No 5, up two places) retained his place in the top 10 after salvaging a point for Girona during a 1-1 draw against Real Sociedad, with Sociedad youngster Mikel Oyarzabal slipping one place to No 9.

Iago Aspas topped the chart before the international break but plummeted seven places to No 8 this week after Celta Vigo lost 2-1 at Sevilla.

Elsewhere, Getafe forward Angel Rodriguez fired 154 places up the chart to No 6 after scoring twice during a 4-1 win over Alaves.
