Wales striker Hal Robson-Kanu says that the squad are full of pride after they came from behind to beat Belgium in the Euro 2016 quarter-final in Lille on Friday night.
Robson-Kanu - a free agent as of Friday - scored his country's second goal in the 3-1 triumph, now widely referred to as the 'most famous game in Welsh football history', with a superb turn-and-shot from Aaron Ramsey's cross.
His second goal of the tournament undoubtedly set Wales on their way to a victory that gives them their first semi-final berth at a major tournament, and the striker admits that the squad are overjoyed with the win.
"As a group of lads, we're just proud that we've done the nation proud," he said.
"We're on Cloud Nine. We've been working for it for many years now, putting in the hard work and it's about nights like this where we've obviously got the rewards and taken our opportunity as a team, and as a nation.
"At the start of the tournament we were underdogs to even qualify, but we knew the quality we have in our group, we've taken that into the tournament now, we've performed throughout and to get through to the quarters is a fantastic achievement.
"But to put the performance in that we did today, it's just a credit to everyone involved: the players, the staff and the whole country."
Nonetheless, the former Reading frontman admits that celebrations may be muted to make way for preparations for their semi-final clash with Portugal in Lyon on Wednesday.
He added: "We're professionals and we've got another game to take very seriously and we are going to look to put in another performance.
"I don't know how much celebrating we'll be able to do but we'll enjoy the night and begin preparations for our next game tomorrow."
